It was our first retreat ever. It turned out to be perfect—a balanced combination of physical and mental effort and fun. All the activities are merely ingredients, but it all adds up to answers to some questions you didn’t realize you had in the first place. This helicopter view shows where you’re coming from and what to do if you want to change your direction. If you don’t use this knowledge afterward, then it is like Einstein said: ‘Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome.’ So yes, go there and meet a bunch of strangers who you’ll miss 48 hours later when they leave.
