Hatha yoga and the ancient forms Chinese forms of exercise of Qigong and Tai Chi can gently and safely help to achieve the level of fitness you desire to enjoy a healthy and active later life. Learning to cope with the stresses and anxieties of everyday life through mindfulness, meditation and awareness can help you remain much more mentally alert and well balanced.
There will be skin care and nutritional advice and information on the benefits of juicing in your daily life.
It is not necessary to have any previous experience of yoga, tai chi or qigong to attend and enjoy this retreat have the enjoyment and challenge of learning something new or extend your current practice.
